D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Warwick

Went to this store to pick up an order for DoorDash. Upon entering there was no employees around so I sat down to wait. About 5 minutes later the manager very rudely asked if I was all set, I said I was picking up a DoorDash order and stated the name. Another 15 minutes go by and I asked if it was going to be much longer, again very rudely said it was almost done, that she was all alone because all her employees just walked out on her so be patient. Another few minutes and the 1 employee she did have brings me a DoorDash order but it wasn't the one I was there for. She came out to me and AGAIN very rudely said that was the only DoorDash order she had. Had she told me that 25 MINUTES before when I told her the name I was there for I could have contacted DoorDash and corrected it, but I had allready lost so much time and money now that I told her I would contact DoorDash to cancel the order. I told her she didn't need to be so rude, she said she wasn't and asked how she was being rude. It was the tone of her voice, instead of talking to me in a calm manner it was full of attitude. We use this store almost once a week because it's literally around the corner. Most of the time there is something wrong with the order.....you give special instructions and they are ignored. The topper was the week before Christmas........I ordered on line via their app as usual. Get there and it's busy at least 4 people waiting. I go to the counter pay and it's not ready so I sit in the booth by the counter and wait......and wait and wait and wait and wait some more .....finally after 45 mins I went back to the counter and asked very nicely what gives ....I'm like my sandwiches were cold it shouldn't take this long......she's like oh I've been calling you several times.....I said no you have NOT I've been right here haven't moved......she said yes I have .....I just took my food and left ......would have been ok with a I'm sorry but that wasn't happening she would rather lie .......unfortunately I'm forced to go here would be stupid to go 4 miles out of my way. next time I may not be...

I would give it no stars if that was an option. I had a party of four we placed our order they asked us for our names. The worker handed one of the sandwiches didnt give a name or say which one it was so my daughter took a couple of bites and realized it was not her sandwich she went up and explained the worker was loud rude and said with a big attitude what do you want me to make another one. I went up and asked for the managers name and she said that would be me Ashley. I said no I'll talk to the district manager she asked what the problem was I said your attitude and your customer service. She said well she didnt check the sandwich and I said isn't that why you asked us our names this would not of happen if you went by the names and stated what the sandwiches were.
