Warwick Ave Location Your employee/driver in blue car (4 door sedan, missing paint) came barreling around corner at at least 30mph in the back of their/Dunkins lot. Little man decides to hop out of his car, after locking up his breaks. Then proceeded to tell me it is a one way. Well nothing is posted saying such and I was literally crawling towards the out arrow (so one way didn't make sense) but ok. Who did he think he was, getting out and yelling at me a customer in your own lot. I can only imagine what he must be like on the road . He is a poor representation of your business first and foremost. Secondly , he is definitely wrapped far too tight to flip into road rage mode so quickly, nonetheless in his own employer's lot.... when he was clearly driving way too fast. Check your cams you'll see it all take place. Friday 6/23/23 @ around 5:10...

I just ordered 2 chicken parmesan calzones, 1 broccoli calzone, and 1 spinach calzone. What I got was 2 chicken parmesan calzones and 2 spinach calzones! When I called to tell them that they made a mistake, I was told, "No, I made a mistake!" I was told that he read my order back to me and I didn't correct it! When he read the order back to me he repeated exactly what I ordered. He said "2 chicken parmesan calzones a broccoli calzone and spinach calzones. He said that I ordered a broccoli and spinach calzone. If that were the case, then why did I get four calzones if I ordered a broccoli and spinach calzone and no broccoli calzone? Either way, I am disgusted with the fact that he actually argued with me over who was right!!! Worst customer...

Ya know? Sometimes it's easy to overlook those places that you drive by all of the time and say to yourself, "...Oh yeah. I've got to go there again sometime". Today was the day. I ordered a pizza for my crew at work. Nothing earth shattering, but the pizza was tasty, cooked well the way I like it and delivered so hot as if the oven were next door! Ronzio's may not be "coal fired", "oven from Italy", offer every type of pizza known to man or be a fortune but it's good. It's satisfying, It's hot and they have a good selection. Make today your day to stop and give 'em a try or re-try. Maybe today will be your day too when you say, "Hmmm, I've gotta go more often.". Best of all, the prices...
