Hardee’s — Restaurant in Washington Township

Stopped in tonight. Downloaded the app! Seth was very helpful guiding me through it and placing my order. A women came up to him and from what I could get from the conversation she wasn't please with her sandwich. He was very pleasant and offered to remake it for her witch he did. When Seth gave her the remade sandwich she now had a problem with her other food being cold. He then offered her money back. To witch she gladly excepted. She walked away and was still complaining? He was very polite and professional! I then asked him if my granddaughter could get her cup and get her own drink since she had changed her mind from what I ordered through the app. I walked outside while my wife and granddaughter waited for our order. The women then came outside got in her car. Rolled down her window and started yelling at me about how I had disrespected her and was talking about her and asked what I had to say now? I responded WHAT? She accused me of talking about her and disrespecting her! I told her to have a great night and that I hope she has a better day tomorrow! She then told me that she had to go home to eat her dinner because I had disrespected her and how she was treated! I told her that I said nothing about her and that Seth was nothing but a professional and polite to her. I think this woman might have had a bad day. But to treat Seth and the crew the way she did was very immature. From what I witnessed he was very accommodating and went above and beyond!...

I have never seen an establishment with such awful staff. Me and my mother went to Hardee's a couple days ago and got 2 big bags with roast beef sandwiches. Upon receiving the food, we realized they only gave us one bag (they did charge for 2 orders btw.) I went inside to get it fixed only to wait in line behind a bunch of other people who were also getting their orders fixed. After finally receiving my full order I went back to my car and took a sip of my drink only to find out they gave us the wrong drinks. It said on the receipt 2 diet Dr. Peppers (which is what we wanted) but they gave us 2 diet Cokes. A couple days later we go back for breakfast, hoping that we'll have a better experience (we did not.) We asked for 2 breakfast platters, an order of french toast dips, and a Frisco ham breakfast sandwich. After inspecting the food (we actually received it all this time, thank goodness) we realized that they did not put any ham on the sandwich, nor did they use sourdough bread like they were supposed to , they only used regular white bread. The sausage gravy was thicker than mashed potatoes and they also did not give any syrup in the french toast which should have been there. The lady who took our order was also very rude and kept interrupting...

I had stopped going to this Hardee's location years ago because the service at the drive-thru was substandard. I was consistently being asked to pull forward of the line to wait for fries....during lunch time. Evidently they have a four minute time limit set by corporate for the drive-thru and God forbid the flashing timer above the window reaches 4:01.

That being said, the service inside the restaurant is an afterthought. I waited 15 minutes after ordering 3 burgers and fries. Where's the flashing timer for that, corporate?!?! While I was waiting, a rightfully irate woman had driven back from home because the staff forgot to put the burger patty in her sandwich.
