There was only 2 staff. 1 didn’t know how to put the kids side in for the order & the other staff stated just remember it and left her. They were out of the sides in the end and when asked for help to see if we could just get the two hot dogs instead of paying for whole kids meals since we couldn’t get the sides both kids due to only having 1 -applesauce left, and we didn’t want the kids having ice cream… We asked to just do 2 hotdogs which she said she couldn’t figure out the cost and left us to decide to just pay for 2 kids meals. Which the kids never ate the sides because the only other options that’s healthy was out. The adults food:both sandwiches both were made incorrectly. The condiments were out. The two bottles of water we asked for they were out of as well which we had to remind her that we had 2 adult drinks ontop of the two kids drinks that she forgot. Instead of giving us one they kept the charge for two drinks though it was just a cup of water. My partner was to frustrated the last lunch place didn’t take our order so we came here instead and we just wanted lunch…he said don’t say anything because nobody wants to argue we all want to be respectful but the staff did not care. Read moreWent through the drive-thru yesterday to grab a quick dinner for myself and 2 kids. Ordered 2 kids meals, a chicken tender basket and an ice cream. Order took a while, but I expected that. Order came out and I drove 15 minutes home. Upon getting home i realized the order wasn't right. I called in and spoke to the manager. She set the phone down and went away for several minutes. No apology or anything, just hold on. Came back on the phone and said she checked the camera and the order was right. I told her everything that was wrong again and she said she should have the owner call back. The owner called back, asked me what was wrong and I told her 2 of the 3 things. She also said the same thing about the cameras. She said that she sees 1 thing was missed and the other 2 might not have been made right. I then brought up the 3rd thing and she said she saw that didn't happen, but didn't bring it up... at that point she asked what I wanted her to do about it. We ordered a few blizzards that were not labeled which I know is typical and not a big deal. Someone in our car had ordered a Reese’s blizzard with chocolate ice cream and somehow else had ordered a banana split blizzard, both look the same in appearance. So the person who ordered the Reese’s blizzard was told she had her correct blizzard as she proceeds to eat a bite and realizes it is actually the banana split blizzard (said person is also allergic to bananas) and instead of making it a huge deal, we just asked Dairy Queen employee to please make a new blizzard due to the fact the wrong person ate out of the blizzard. Dairy Queen employee absolutely refused to make the blizzard and continued fighting with us about it and saying it was not her problem, even though they placed the wrongs persons name on the blizzard.
