Franks Pizza (Wayne Heights) — Restaurant in Washington Township

I have always loved this location and my visits inside have been great. I love talking with Jeremy, he is always very friendly and kind. 5 stars to every other visit and experience!! Amazing food ALWAYS! Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve called in to place an order the last month, I’ve gotten a very rude young man that is always condescending and sarcastic. I ordered “cheese cubes” (as described on their menu) and he corrected me with “you mean cheese balls”. This is the second time he’s corrected us. Last time we called them “cheese balls”, he rudely told me it was “cheese cubes”. So which one is it?? And if you knew what I meant, why does it matter? I also asked if we could do caesar dressing for our side salad and he said “you can’t do a chicken Cesar salad with your dinner, it would be separate.” .. no shit dude! I was asking for caesar dressing instead of any other. Never mentioned anything about chicken. Just totally disrespectful all around, I don’t know what’s up with this dude. They have a lunch special; two large slices of pizza and a large fountain drink for $3.50. Plain cheese or pepperoni. Free refills for the drink. My 1st time eating at that particular location. They have 2 locations in Waynesboro, PA. I had the special. It was good. Fast, friendly service. It was clean. There's a tv to watch. It's spacious. Ohhhhh my god! This pizza is so amazing! As someone from New York I can say, without a doubt, that these pies have the feeling of home. The first pizza I ordered from them was a large half pepperoni (for two friends) and half mushroom (for myself and maybe a late night stoner snack). I ate half of the pie....by myself...in one sitting...and honestly, because of how good it was, I don't even care that I feel like the fattest person on the planet.
