I wish Slatington wasn’t so far a drive for me, but it’s definitely worth it for these delicious scones!! None like these in the Lehigh Valley compare. The variety of unique and wonderful yummy flavors week to week keep me coming back. I feel like it’s the best kept secret for coffee and tea drinkers…an amazing scone!! Celia is a passionate baker and the proof is in her scones. So if you’re not nearby or looking for a wonderful day outing with your family…take a drive to the Slatington farmers market and stroll the additional vendors (my kids love the treasure hunt that is the antiques section) there or walk the adjacent rail trail… You won’t regret it. My husband and I attended the very first scone making class hosted by Sunny Moon and have been hooked ever since. Celia is the best at what she does. Vegan options are few and far between in this area, and sunny moon really knocks it out of the park with both quality of food and service.
