This was Sunday night around 9 pm. My friends and I went to Taco Bell, we sat at the speaker for probably 5 minutes total, we asked if they were ready for our order because I didn't hear if they told us we could order or not. They didn't say anything and when I started to say my order they said they weren't ready and to give them a minute. I probably waited two minutes before I started saying my order again and they finally took my order. When we got to the window there wasn't a problem until they handed us our order, we had ordered a chalupa box, a beefy 5-layer burrito, 2 regular wild strawberry freezes, and a chicken quesadilla. They handed us a small bag and our drinks and I knew automatically that they didn't put my quesadilla in the bag because of how small it was. I handed it to one of the other people in the car to check and they told me that what was in there usually comes in the chalupa box minus the cinnamon twists. I had to sit at the window until the guys who cashed is out stood right by the window glancing at me holding the nest cars drinks. Then he finally opened the window and I told him that we didn't get the chicken quesadilla, then he walked away before I could tell him the other things that were missing. He handed me the quesadilla and closed the window again. I had to sit there again and he just starts shaking his head and makes a women talk to me I tell her everything else we are missing and she leaves to get the stuff. The guy from before shoves the bag out at me and closes the window. I got no apology either time and they weren't exactly friendly either. I can understand having a bad night I worked in fast food for four years but they weren't even nice, they didn't care. Received my food, to find a fried shell. Returned to the drive thru and politely asked them to remake the tacos. To then be told the General Manager said they couldn’t make that taco. Then I asked why I was told 3 times that it was flat bread? To be told again that they were told not to make it that way.
I then asked for 2 Gordita crunch without the hard shell inside. Again I was told that the GM said they couldn’t make it like this. On top of this, the manager or main staff member was rude, disrespectful and refused to give me a refund. I asked why and they said there was no one there to give a refund and they didn’t even know how to.

Well like most people I enjoy taco bell in the later hours taco bell is well known for staying open later than most fast food chains. Well the building looks great and for that I give you a star.
