Rarely do I have such an awful experience that I won't give a place a second chance, but I won't be going out of my way driving from PA east 101 and battling the traffic at that intersection again just to be treated like I was today at Ohana. Whoever was working the drive-thru today needs to be fired. I sat for 10-15 minutes behind some woman in line who was clearly gabbing with the young long-haired brunette female attendant at the booth. I saw only one cup being handed to the customer and she still didn't leave after another long wait. The worker made eye contact with me once and looked away. Seemed as though she had a friend to chat with and didn't care about a customer waiting that long. If small coffee places don't keep up, unfortunately the Starbucks was just up the street, which many customers would have gone to after this kind of experience. The barista who made our drinks had the friendliest, kindest attitude and was extremely fast, given both our drinks were blended and it was the very end of the day.
