I usually have good service at this location but today was a disaster. My husband and I used the two can dine for 8.99 coupon. When ordering through the drive through I made sure to let them know I was using this specific coupon and I read off everything it includes. The gentleman taking my order asked me to repeat it several times. Which is fine, considering I've worked in the food industry and I know how hard it can be to hear people through the headset sometimes. After he asked me the 6th time and I made sure I was basically yelling at this point, it was apparent something more was going on. I'm not sure if they were busy and not fully paying attention or if perhaps they took to many hits of the dank on break to function. When we got to the window I gave the young lady my coupon and card. She didn't even read the coupon and charged me 27 dollars. After telling them this was a mistake another gentleman took over and gave us cash back. We got it all sorted out but I'm sad to say he wasn't polite at all. No "I'm sorry" or "have a nice day". Infact he huffed and rolled his eyes at one point. The most frustrating part is they charged me 10.99 and it came out to 12.99 after tax. Which is rather misleading considering the coupon says 8.99. After I mentioned that to him he just looked at me with irritation in his eye so we just left. My husband and I are active duty military and after a long tiring work day we just wanted an easy and pleasant interaction like we usually get here. Sad to say I'll definitely think twice before returning to this location...
Read more2 weeks ago I ordered 56 dollars worth of food there was a new sandwich I was quite excited to try it was a new quarter lb brisket sandwich unfortunately out of the 4 meals I ordered it was the only thing that was forgotten. I called in and talked to a lady but I couldn't remember her name she said she would write my name down.
Today I went in expecting to be able to just give my name and would get my forgotten sandwich I was so excited for but alas, once again I was denied only this time it was from a very very rude woman named Rebecca and even though I was once again excited to try this tasty looking sandwich Rebecca had crushed my dreams by informing me it a been too long she's not honoring what I expected to be written down which was my name saying my sandwich was forgotten. Rebecca said to me "it's not my fault you don't have your receipt" in a very rude and snide tone to which I replied "its not my fault I spent 56 dollars and didn't get my 10 dollar sandwich that someone in your store forgot to give me and when I called in they obviously failed to write my name down" she shut the window without saying a word. I really liked eating at Arby's and it's a shame I will never go there again over a 10...

The general manager of this store decided to rudely interrupt my order one day and when I questioned her about it she doubled down on her attitude. I basically gave her 2 choices at the window I said you can either make me pay for this and I'll be calling your district manager or you can compensate my meal for my huge inconvenience here. She didn't even want to give me her information When she decided that she was going to make me pay for my meal despite the fact that the service and time of service was terrible..
I tried to get ahold of the district manager several times and I even went back into the store to give management a chance to make it right and they just simply refuse to help me. Corporate has not called me back about my issue or anything. I will not be coming back to this store because they treat their customers like garbage and refuse to resolve issues.I like arby's food, but I'm not going to support a business that doesn't support they're customers.. If they didn't have customers they wouldn't have livelihoods. They owe us the respect that our money commands...
