BEST TERIYAKI — Restaurant in Washington

EDIT AND UPDATE: Next day after the incident below, it was explained that their entire system had crashed and were forced to close early. By the time I arrived at the store, they had already refunded my purchase. Looking forward to actually eating here soon as it comes highly recommended. I'm just happy to see how well they handled the previous evenings mistake.

FIRST REVIEW: Unfortunately, I am feeling a bit screwed over right now. Placed an order for pickup on their website and got confirmation that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 23 minutes later to find the store closed at 6:49, well before closing. Phone number doesn't work, no indication of an emergency notice, just closed with no way to get any information or a refund. I hope for a resolution soon and an opportunity to to try and rate the restaurant properly, until then, consider me upset and be cautioned...

It's my favorite lunch spot, and I guess you could say I'm a regular. I prefer prepping my own meals l, especially lunches, but when I've been to lazy or busy to prep my meals you will absolutely find me at Best Teriyaki. My go-to is the teriyaki beef because it's clean, perfectly cooked, healthy and delicious. Hannah, one of the owners, knows my order by heart and places it on sight of me. Came in for a late lunch. This place is very good got fried gyoza with egg rolls the sweet and sour sauce that comes with has probably been my favorite I've tried. Very sweet but has a nice kick to it. The general tso was very crispy and the sauce is like no other. My boyfriend got the chicken and katsu combo. The teriyaki was tender, and the katsu had a very unique taste compared to other places I've tried. This place for sure knows how to...
