Starbucks — Restaurant in Port Orchard

Reading some of these reviews, I understand that businesses cannot please everybody. One bad experience especially if you catch somebody on a bad day can be unfortunate. I've personally been there as a customer. Over the last five years, I on and off come to this specific Starbucks store for school work, book studies with friends, or just meeting up with people. Lobby and dine in, 10/10 experience. Lively yet calm, kind staff that greet you when you enter and give a warm fair well as you continue your day. Ask how you're doing every once in a while, and just overall personable people. I want to specifically shout out Elaine, Breanna D, Kim, Julie, AJ, and the (I believe, am unsure) manager, and former Baristas Daniel S, Daniel W, Aubrey I, and Bri S. Great people, great place to be for a Starbucks.

NOTE: I am 100% a support your local coffee shop girly. I come here because it is the only coffee shop in Port Orchard open long enough for me to complete my school work late after a full work day. So slay of you, Mile Hill...

Wanted to post this somewhere, Lady came in ordering a drink then pulled a Karen and said it wasn’t sugar free, that it was a threat on her life because she was diabetic. Started blaming the staff and making a scene stating that she asked for sugar free cream but then ordered a sugary drink. Claiming loudly “how should I know it was a sugary drink?? I have never been here before!”. Seems like she set herself up for failure for not looking at ingredients before hand, or asking enough questions, or letting the staff know she was diabetic and needed extra help ordering a safe drink… Anywho all that to say, the staff here is amazing, none of that mess was y’all’s fault and don’t let the Karens get you down. You made 100 people happy that morning and 1 was just having a day. Can’t wait to come here...

Had a very nice visit at this location. My order was hot, quickly prepared, and the folks working at this location were very nice. I didn't realize that I could have coffee in a regular cup, but that was an option today, and it was great! Thank you, to the folks working today, for making the experience so pleasant.

There aren't many seating arrangements for groups larger than 2 people. The three tables that could seat 4 to 8 people were occupied by single person parties. I ended up being by myself, but if there had been 2 or more people with me, it would have been very awkward to find a spot to have a...
