Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Pizza was ok. Service was absent. I ordered online and drove to the location to pick it up. I arrived about 15 minutes after the pizzas were supposed to be done so I knew they would be sitting on the rack for me. I walked inside and saw the front area was jam packed with other customers waiting to order and be helped. I went straight up to the counter when a worker (who was slapping around pizza dough) yelled “We’ll be with you in a minute!” I replied “Oh I just have a pickup.” To which I received no reply. The young lady working the counter was taking an order over the phone so I waited with everyone else. One worker came out from the back and chatted it up with the pizza dough slapper. We all stood and waited and awkwardly listening to their conversation all the time wondering why she wasn’t noticing all of us waiting to be helped. Eventually after a long wait a worker went to the rack and announced my name and handed me my pizzas. She then did it for another customer who also was just waiting for someone to hand their already paid for, ready to be served pizzas to them. Will think twice before coming back to this...

Slower than Dial-up I called to order a one topping large pizza to carry-out and was told it would take 10 to 20 minutes. I thought this was okay, 10-20 minutes is fine, so i went ahead and placed the order. I got to the parking lot and waited a few minutes after 10 minutes from me calling. I went in and pay, and was told it would be right out, so I decided to wait outside in my car. I went back in after 20 minutes and it was not ready yet, I waited again for quite some time (over 20 more minutes actually) but it was not ready after 40 minutes. They didn't have any other customers waiting, I was the only one there, maybe they had some calls or whatever, but they did not seem to be busy. I went back in and asked what was taking so long with my pizza, but they seemed not to bother by my request. They just said it would come right out and I said okay, but it had been over 40 minutes since i called. Finally someone goes back and gets a pizza. We called in to use a coupon for a free medium pizza with a purchase of a large specialty pizza. Code PWFRM1 that expires in 30 days. We were told it is a online coupon only. we tried to place the order online and the website would freeze or tell us to try again later. we called and tried to order the pizza again. I explained what happened and they said they could take it over the phone. Then after placing the order with the rude gentleman he tells me its an online coupon only and that they cant take it. after about 5 minutes he asks the manager and then tells us we have to place the order online. Well since it didn't work online and he couldn't help us we went to dominoes. I love papa johns pizza but if this is how i'm treated I will take my business elsewhere. I told the person on the phone that I would go to dominoes and I was giving him one last chance to help and I got back from him was that its an online coupon only.
