So the food was actually authentic and pretty good. I mean, yes it's Chinese. NO IT IS NOT MEXICAN. lol unless you ask for the Mexican menu. Outside there restraunt it says Mexican/ Chinese. You go in and the waiter gives you Chinese only menu. But that really through me off. Had me kinda irritated. Since it said one thing on there board but it was false advertising. Anyways, back to the food. The egg rolls so yummy, the orange chicken, was authentic and rice. Very good. Food was good. Service was okay, the waiter seemed upset and bothered. But a little smile would of did him a long way snd I'm sure it would help with the tips too

Well...it is a cute place, quick service however, when my tea came, my cup was dirty! At first, I thought it's old and stained. I wish! I showed it to my Mom, who was having lunch with me, she grimaced. I finally dampened the tip of my finger and swiped the very bottom of the mark...it wiped right off, no scrubbing needed. The server brought a new cup, but from that moment it was hard to not wonder what might be on the dinner plates under the food. I ate a part of my lunch, the pork chowmein with soft noodles at a 3 star, were good. The pork fried rice was very bland, but I took it home, under my chowmein and it was better.

I was disappointed in the meal. It just didn’t taste very good. The Mongolian beef was all filler with huge vegetables and the fried prawns tasted like dish soap for some reason. Good egg roll. Flavorless General Taos chicken. If one dish had been terrible I would have sent it back but instead every dish was just ..meh. So I made no complaints, paid my bill, thanked the friendly staff, left a tip..but I will not be going back.

I'm in love with the orange chicken made here. It's not a typical (too sweet) sauce. It's a housemade (differently unique) spicy type of orange sauce. You can't get this anywhere else. I like the sauce on the side (for to-go) so the deep-fried chicken doesn't get soggy, and I dip the chicken in orange sauce. The chicken itself, sweet and sour, or orange chicken is cooked to perfection. I love whatever coating they use and you can tell the oil is fresh because you taste the food, not the oil. Also, recommend any of the rice dishes. We like shrimp fried rice and there's a generous amount of shrimp in this. We've had all the fried rice, all are good with fresh vegetables. The staff is always friendly and all the food is consistently good and made fresh. The Chef here is top-notch. 👍 We've been going here for decades for comfort food and it's only gotten better. Prices are reasonable for a generous amount of food that is great reheated. The egg...

I spent quite a bit of money on delivery from China West tonight, including being charged for soy sauce and hot mustard. I made a couple substitutions to my order also, which weren't granted.

When I received my order, there was no sauce. No sweet and sour for my sweet and sour chicken, no hot mustard which I paid extra for. No soy sauce which I also paid extra for.

I called China West to complain about the many issues with my order and the lady I spoke with literally said "What do you want me to do about it?" in a very nasty tone. And when I explained that I wasn't happy about being charged for items I didn't receive she told me she was done talking to me and hung up on me.

My family and I have been going to China West for 3 decades or more and have always enjoyed their food. But you DO NOT treat customers this way. Not ever!

Needless to say, they have lost mine and my...

So I walked in for my very first time and ordered chicken subgum chow mein. Which had zucchini in it. Never had it with zucchini before but it was goid. As I waited for my to go irder over by the cash register on the floor was one of those red temples and on plates there were apples and orange. This was on the floor. The orange was completely molded all the way around. After I saw that I thought this place is not clean and I started thinking about my food being prepped. My order came out and when I got home and opened the bag it was in a styro foam container so the sauce spilled into the bag and soaked my fortune cookie that was not in plastic. The server was friendly but they need to pick up the moldy orange and use fortune cookies that are wrapped and use chinese containers. Its all about cleanliness and care and taking extra steps. Oh and don’t...
