I was nice and went to order a few drinks: a mocha that I asked to be warm and energy drink with green apple caramel, and retrograde. I get the drink and my drink has cream, I say oh I didn’t want that can you please remake it, the person that made it said she was the manager and that is the way they are made and that I should say something next time (I have had my husband get this drink many times and I have ordered myself several meal times that’s not true) then the mocha was so hot that she gave me two cups, I then said no this is too hot and she had an attitude (Manager, the other girls seemed nice) but instead of remaking it they just put ice in it, horrible manager with even worse customer service (I went around noon on Saturday at...

I joined the galaxy club for $9.99 per month. Everything was working great then 1 day I wasn't able to get my code to get into my account for approximately 1 month. It started to work and then the website was down for a very long time. Then it was up and running. I tried to place an order for pickup and I should have had my free coffee but it said I had to pay for it. I cancelled my subscription in early February and you took out $9.99 for February and now I see you took out $9.99 out of my account for March 2024. I am very very upset and and can't get anywhere. I call corporate and it is constantly busy. I guess I am going to have to stop payment through my bank. I believe I should be refunded for 5 months. So disappointed...

The blended vanilla chai is delicious, as is the double shot, hot, dirty chai. The service was impeccable. Overall, the experience was fabulous, and I would typically be extremely happy; however, I am appalled that management and/or the owner would choose to have their employee (one person closing) alone in such a dangerous neighborhood. I snuck in just prior to 8 p.m., closing time, and it is very dark outside. As I sat waiting to pull out into traffic, I noticed just across the street the police surrounding an obviously distressed individual, creating a huge nuisance and causing damage to the surrounding area.
