Casey's — Restaurant in Washington

1-18-25 One year after the first review: Cashier never said a word to anyone in line, walking in or walking out. She didn't say a word to me during the entire transaction. I said hello, asked for a receipt, thanked her, and said have a nice day. She not only never said a word, she had an angry look on her face towards everyone in the business. She was wearing a dirty stained sweatshirt with no name tag. If she wasn't operating the register myself and others would've thought she was another customer.

2024: Went in after getting gas. Saw a line of people waiting at the counter. The cashier was sitting in the office on her phone when I walked in and still after I was out of the restroom. Customers got tired of waiting and left drinks and snacks on the counter.

2023: Rarely have I seen the window washer fluid at the pumps. The couple times there was, the washer fluid was muddy with paper towels in it. The trash can outside is almost always overflowing, and the parking lot looks...

I just want to say thank you to this Casey's especially and the Casey's on Farmington in Hanna City. I have been fortunate to continue my work throughout this lockdown. I am a travelling real estate photographer, and not all vacant homes I go to have restroom access. Restroom access has been very limited as this goes on and places shut down to the public, Casey's has never failed, every Casey's I've stopped at but specifically the two mentioned have been clean and accessible! They keep hand sanitizer on the wall for public use, all of them I've been to has UV hand dryers as well. I feel safer and at less risk to enter Casey's and can grab refreshments for my daily road trips for work as well. Everyone is always very nice and friendly and I love that bc so many in other places have not been so pleasant to interact with. Was ripped off completely for a $25 order we put in the order online at 830 five minutes later someone called and said they wouldn't be making our order it was too late even though they don't close till 930 and I would need to get a refund. I called the next day and spoke to manager she said my money would be refunded it's been a month no money refunded I contacted corporate and they will not even respond. I definitely will never go to Casey's for anything ever again and I'd suggest you steer clear of there as well they are crooks and don't care about their customers. We used to go there several times a week it's sad their lack of any type of customer service is terrible...
