I loved it here! First thing that stands out immediately is the staff, especially the owner Ashley. He was personable and funny, making me feel at home right away. The drink selection is solid, especially some of the house specials. I was particularly fond of the Emerald Mist and the Otter Punch. And then there's the food. Holy cow was it tasty. They have home-cooled pork belly that is basically bacon on steroids. That on the burger was out of this world. The owner also does a homemade chili with Hatch chilis, and no beans. Just moved the family to this area and needed a quick meal. No online specifications about kitchen closing time so we called and luckily the bartender allowed us to make an order ten minutes before closing. A little spendy for basic burgers, but holy heck they were probably one of the best bar burgers I have ever eaten. Fantastic service and great atmosphere. I am located in Jefferson County once again. The crazy Otter is my favorite place so far. I moved here Early this year, and only knew two people. Since then I eat Otter food a lot.
