Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

Done with this place. The last two times buying coffee here has been a huge FAIL. the first time, while waiting in line to order, the barista said she was going on break because she was the only one working. When another customer politely asked for how long (simply curious if she should wait or go elsewhere) the barista started complaining and whining with an attitude. Just now ordered a chocolate cream cold brew and it tastes like bitter chocolate baking powder was added to cold coffee. I’m assuming the vanilla flavor wasn’t added. We either caught them on an off day or they need some better training. The one customer that was there before us had to tell them her drink order again for some reason. One of my drinks was not ordered correctly. We waited for about 5 mins for our two drinks to be made. And I had to ask if the drink that was next to the barista was our 2nd drink, which it was. Told her the drink was wrong, she just stared at me until it was uncomfortable and I walked away without making a big deal of it. Wanted a hot latte, got an iced oatmeal thing. Never had a problem anywhere else. Blew $15 bucks, tip and all, got one drink that didn't have to be thrown away twenty feet...
