Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Because they are always hiring for the youth, from the community and close. I’ve ordered from this location for many years since 2006. However in the past few years, they’ve really fallen off! The facility is messy, the employees are rude and foul mouth and the orders always missing something from a detailed mobile order by pick up or delivery! Ive just ordered my last one as a mobile pickup & received a burnt cheese & jalapeño breadstick, burnt pepperoni thin crust pizza and then they forgot my marinara that I paid extra for! and when I went back to ask for it the rep made it seem like I was the one who forgot to add to the order. When I asked for a refund the cashier was defensive and young minded with no customer experience of how to handle the situation. He said he made the transaction and had no proof to provide. I then asked for it and yet again was defensive. Finally gave it to me and not even an apology for the issue. general manager was being extremely rude to a new employee infront of customers. told him that if he can’t get it together “we’re gonna have problems”. he asked what goes on the pizza he was making and she told him to just look at the board in a nasty attitude. told he she would never serve me something like this ( by “this” i mean the pizza he just made which looked a little uneven). she then threw the whole pizza in the trash infront of both of us.

i understand if you’re stressed and short staffed but do NOT take it out on your workers. especially when they are new. I understand being short staffed. I work in fast food myself,I whent in for a personal pie. The girl who took my order was very nice. I had no problems with her. The general manager however,is extremely obnoxious,yelling at her employees while there are customers sitting waiting for their food as well because they're short handed and yelling at them to not walk away and so forth.inunderstand if your frustrated and having a bad day(we all do and we all day tbings we dont mean but the way shes yelling at everyone is just wrong) Sorry but I feel for the employees who are dealing with that at the moment.
