Ok, two days later I tried a quick drive through for a bicuit. First i was asked if i wanted whatever they were pushing. I replied no, and ordered. Then i was asked to make it a meal. I replied no. I was then asked if i wanted a desert biscuit. I replied no, and decided to go elsewhere......McDonald's. There I recieved an over done biscuit and glue like gravy. What is happening? Its a few monthes later......again...thought I would try again. Went to the drive through. When I paid, she told me she didn't have any quarters. I told her I didn't mind. She stated that she did. I again said I did not mind and had a spot to put them. She again said she did mind and told me she would probably drop the dimes because she was a klutz. So I had to wait a couple of minutes for the conversation and quarters so she could hand me 5 coins instead of 8. PLEASE! ..... the furnaces were out for half of the winter. Just went in for breakfast. Furnace works but the food lacked. Tasteless, dry egg, overcooked, dry biscuit. I called it when KFC and Pizza Hut closed. The owner is always happy to hear your complaint and is quick to direct you to some website only to do nothing about it. Really close at Hardees as well. Getting tired of this..... Walked in this morning, got my money out and then stood there for a couple of minutes. Two people in back working. No acknowledgement of me. No one at the counter. No drivethrough. Basic business says you acknowledge the customer quickly. At least I would know you saw me. Getting more and more difficult to go to Hardee's. KFC closed Pizza Hut is really close to closing. Needless to say, I left. Somebody needs to wake up. One week ago I went in in the evening to get my wife a milkshake because theyvare hand dipped. I was acknowledged quickly, but it took 35 minutes to make my shake. Two people working when they needed 3. The person in front told the cook that he would have to switch with her because she didn't like being stared at...... Read moreI simply cannot understand why it is so hard to get a food order correct. It's fast food. It's not rocket science. Out of 4 chicken wraps ordered, not even 1 was correct, no lie. NOT ONE.Let me say it louder for those in the back: NOT ONE WAS CORRECT. Literally got all 4 wrong. Are you serious? If I screwed up at this level, I'd be FIRED. Get it together, it's not that difficult. Food is too expensive to mess it up this bad. Do you want business or not? Your choice. Pics and receipt available upon request. This is beyond ridiculous. I pay for what I want, just get it right, for the love of all that is holy, or whatever you believe in, for that matter. Read moreWe arrived at the customer service counter and were greeted by a young lady who didn't seem sure of herself. Had to repeat everything twice. Asked if onion rings could be cooked a little less so they weren't so hard. She seemed like she didn't understand. Asked for a small strawberry lemonade and she looked across at the drink machine. Wanted two mushroom and Swiss sandwiches and handed her a coupon for by one and get one. After reading the coupon (which did have an expiration date) she advised it could not be used. We have used expired coupons for approximately 11 years with no problem. If they are now no longer accepted they need a sign saying that. She totalled our bill for 2 sandwiches, an order of onion rings, one large drink and one small drink to just over $28.00. We told her to cancel the order...
