Subway — Restaurant in Washington

Almost no meat on one sandwich (pics available upon request), wrong toppings on both, and the wrong cookie provided for one order. (Pics also available). Look, it's not rocket science, it's a sandwich shop, get it correct. Disappointed to say the least. I wasn't expecting 5 star service, but this is ridiculous. This is exactly why I rarely frequent this business. Do better to keep and attract customers. Tried to call to resolve the issue, they literally hung up on me. Twice. Where are the owners of this location and do they care about customer service at all? Apparently not. I'm sorry I gave them another chance, will not make that mistake again. Back to Jimmy John's, they come through. I will spend my hard earned cash at businesses who appreciate it and act...

Not bad. I've been eating at this Subway for many years now. I love the BMT sandwich, absolutely love it. In the winter months soup is Hit or Miss whether it's available. But usually when there is soup it's good. Like everywhere else, they ask you to tip them which is pretty ridiculous when you're paying them to make the sandwich and minimum wage the way it is they're not doing so bad. However I always over tip just because life is tough and I am in a position where I am able to pay just a little more to help someone out. Ever since Subway switched their menu from the original menu they had, I'm not much of a fan. But then again I only order the BMT so I don't care. Definitely room for improvement I've been to but there are better alternative than Hardee's which...

They have very nice and friendly service and the food is great this subway doesn’t deserve a 3.3 stars. Could they hire some better staff? Yes but they are friendly and you can’t say there slow when there in training or busy. My sister works there and she very nice I don’t think she would give you attitude purposely unless you give her a crappy attitude yourself so if you want to write a nasty review you can think about what you say before you write it because they have really good and nice service they don’t give attitude unless you give them attitude because sometimes they aren’t treated like there human because you give them attitude and sometimes people have off days or there annoyed by there coworkers so again this subway is very friendly and a nice...
