Here's the thing, up until today I have always raved about how amazing maracas Mexican food is. It has always been so flavorful and so well done. My rating also has absolutely nothing to do with the actual service (the people are wonderful) and everything to do with the food. I got the veggie fajitas just as I always do, though this time they completely lacked all the flavoring that the vegetables are normally cooked with that make the fajitas so amazing. This time the vegetables were dry and there wasn't any kind of sauce or noticeable flavoring. I was also just there on September 5th for my birthday and they were wonderful and flavored as usual. Service here was SUPER slow!! We walked in and only 2 tables had people at them but every other table had not been cleared so there was no where to sit. Waited awhile for anyone to even acknowledge us standing there waiting. Once seated, it took about 20 min for us to receive water, utensils or chips/salsa. Never received napkins even though I asked twice for some. My tacos were soggy and I had to eat them with a fork bcuz they just fell apart. Our utensils were dirty and no one came back to give us clean ones. The waitress claimed they were super busy but only 2 more tables were seated before we left. Chips and salsa was absolutely meh. It tastes like they buy store brand and then add in giant pieces of onion.

I ordered the Carnitas Fajitas. I asked for no beans and no guac. Comes out with bean and guac. Waitress basically states it's ok and walks off. Recieve the meat. It's literally slices of a pork loin. Fine. The put seasoning on top after it's cooked

I'm wondering what part of this meal is actually just heated up in a microwave before I arrived. It's quite disappointing. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
