McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington

I was at that store yesterday I got off work around 7.30pm and I arrived at the store at about 8.20pm it wasn't any customer in the store and their was about three Managers in their I asked if I can have my husband food fresh off the grill I ordered him two mcdoubles and a medium fries I also asked if I can wait on a hot basket of fries on of the managers was so rude and his customer service sucks really bad he treated me as if I was being rude by asking for hot food he was rolling his eyes and saying nasty things to me I shared with him as he can see that me as a customer I work in the same flield at walWalm behind the customer service desk and he noticed my work best and how I will never treat a customer the way he treated me so I asked for my money back and he was more then willing to give it back he wanted me gone and I asked for his name he said something and refused to give it to me I also asked for corporate office and he still was treating me bad and not to mention the other two managers stood back watched and said nothing I had a very bad experience and will never return everyone doesn't need to be a manager if that how they going to treat your customers you as a manager supposed to lead by example so if your crew act accordingly blame your management team because they act the same way and have know room to say anything to your crew members who works on those three Managers shifts from 6/5/2019 last night my apologies for the long story. For real the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… what is wrong with yall. Get it together… yall overcharged me plus didn’t even give me what I asked for and had the audacity to charge me $2 extra that yall pocketed and didn’t even put in the register…. My order is so simple how do you mess up PLAIN cheeseburgers it’s literally just bread, cheese, and the meat. Yall all need to be fired and have not only new employees and management but new ownership as I’m going through these reviews yall need to be shut down. $19 for one meal is crazy when I even did it on the app and it wasn’t even close to $19… it was $16. Most of my experiences @ this location have been consistently issue free. The only setbacks to it unfortunately is location. You'll no doubt have issues getting into the lot nonetheless the drive-thru. The area is constantly busy having 355 as a connecting road to it's entrances. On top of that the lot & drive-thru layout is hazardous to say the least. With the size of the lot it doesn't take too many drive-thru customers to make it resemble a traffic jam.
