New Garden Carry-Out — Restaurant in Washington

They are so rude!!!!!!!!!! This lady literally yelled out loud because I couldn’t hear the cash app name and then told me you don’t hear me GIRL!! And the food is disgusting greasy portions are horrible I tried them twice I got a pepper steak. Literally only 1/4 of peppers and a whole onion chopped and a few pieces of beef I was so mad. I was digging through all the onions to find the peppers and beef. The second time I ordered they didn’t deliver my food because they wanted me to pay cash app first which I wasn’t notified of and they only take cash or cash app. If I paid cash then I pay when it’s delivered but why couldn’t I pay cash app when they delivered. I’m not sure! I walked in a wanted a water I was getting my screen do next door and when I said can I have a water she was looking down and ignored me after me asking 3 times and she standing right at the front and taking orders. She flipped her hand at me and that when I told them they are so rude and that’s why it’s always empty in here. After I said that she told me she wouldn’t sell me the water which was fine and that’s their choice. Do not go here they are the rudest carry out I ever came across. I lived on Minnesota Ave for almost 10 years and this carry out was my go to carry out. Today I went in and ordered scallops and french fries for my husband. I asked them to fry the french fries hard and put salt, pepper and mumble sauce on them. When the order was complete, and I gave them to my husband, the french fries were soggy with mambo sauce on it. I was still in the parking lot so I walked back in and asked them to fry them hard with salt, pepper, and Mumbo sauce. They remade the french fries, and fried them hard like I asked, but did not put anything on them. For the third time, I walked back in there and said can you please put salt pepper and Mumbo sauce on my French fries. The lady behind the counter said oh my God ma’am what else do you need from us? And then started calling me all foul names and picked up her phone and took a picture of me. Then told me never to come back again. Do you know how many Carryout there are in this area? My First and LAST Time Eating From THIS Place!

I was reluctant to order from here because they charge an additional $2.50 delivery fee, even if you meet the minimum order amount. Against my better judgement, I decided to place my order. After a 50min wait for my food, I was delivered pure GARBAGE! I ordered something that could not possibly get f*ckd up, 7 wings w/fries. I took a bite of a fry and damn near chipped my tooth. The french fries were so hard and they tasted old. Tasted as if they were re-fried from yesterdays leftovers. My chicken wings were the size of pigeon wings! Totally disgusted! My 4 year old didn't finish a wing! Don't waste your finger energy dialing...
