Celebrated my birthday here on 4/28. A couple weeks before I messaged their Instagram page about tables and pricing and received an automatic message back to text their number. I contacted the number and they sent me the different table packages and bottle list. I chose the $600 package that stated the price included tax and gratuity in it and it came with 2 premium bottles and one house champagne. I sent the deposit ($300) and was told I could have the table from 9pm-12am or 12am-3am. I ended up speaking on the phone with the owner (that's who the number belongs to) and asked if the time was flexible b/c I wanted to come @ 11pm. He told me I could pay an extra $100 (mind you they have a $700 package so why would I spend $100 just to arrive early). I told him that I would not do that and he said that if no one books the table from 9pm-12am then we may have it when we arrive before 12am. Also while we were texting I asked what bottles were considered "premium" and I was told anything from $250-$300. The night of 4/28 we were able to have the table early as promised if it wasn't booked. I pay the remaining $300 and then was asked what bottles I wanted. I told the bottle girl Don Julio Reposado (priced at $270 on their bottle list) and then she proceeded to tell me it's an extra $50 for each reposado tequila which I was NEVER told prior to arriving or when I specifically asked about the bottles. I told her what me and the owner spoke about and had messages to show and she went to get the manager. The manager proceeds to come up with ridiculous reasoning as to why I would owe another $100 for bottles that were within the range I asked about. He mentioned something about tax and gratuity and other BS. I have never been to an establishment where what the MANAGER says trumps the OWNER. I felt as though they were milking me for more money and tying to finesse. Just posting as a warning to my fellow reposado tequila drinkers and to anyone else so you all know they are extremely money hungry and to take your...
Read moreThere’s a bartender that works here , well several of the ladies. I have seen the reviews regarding how this place gets over on people regarding the bill. Went this weekend with a group of 6-7 people & we were overcharged and were told “it’s always about money with people. Y’all are just broke.” Lol broke but paid over $350 for 2 hookahs, wings, and shots throughout the “happy hour” ? Make it make sense. Two out of the group sat at the bar & were ordering their own shots, food, & 1 of the hookahs & paying for them separately. However, at the end of the night those same shots, hookah & wings they already paid for at the bar miraculously ended up on our tab at the table as well. We had receipts & bank statements to prove that some of it had already been paid for at the bar. It’s not about “being broke” lol. Everyone there has federal careers/salary based careers. We’re not the ones working at a bar for money. The cards swiped successfully didn’t they? It’s about principles. The bartenders were getting over & got extremely defensive when we asked to have itemized receipts. Manager came out & calculated that the bill should’ve been $150+ however, they received almost $400 from us total. 4 people paid $61 a piece , 1 person paid $115 + $32 at the bar, another person paid for whatever they received at the bar which ended up being very well over $350 altogether for 2 $20 hookahs, maybe about 6 orders of $6 wings (during happy hour) & several $5 happy hour shots. The point is , they definitely got over on us & instead of handling it civilized, the waitress (Suki) decided to make ignorant comments. One thing about karma however, it doesn’t miss !!!! If you visit here, be aware of what you order & keep up with the tab because they’ll try to get over for sure. It’s being handled though. No worries! Look at some of the other...
Read moreI used to enjoy coming here, especially during a time when I drank a lot. Over the years the establishment has gone down. The way that staff and management speaks to their guest is crazy some days. I was denied a plastic cup after coming to this establishment for over 5 years because I brought two beers and I’m not drinking heavy liquor and never smoked hookah. The manager said “you can’t have that, you need to spend more money.” I brought your products why am I being forced to drink out the beer bottle. Five years…days I came in alone a spent $150+ by myself at least 30 times and you deny me a plastic cup because of my preference. The fact to say that in front of other people while not having no music on in an open establishment is crazy. I used to drink the liquor from this establishment and always felt sick. UNTIL….the day two bartenders said they are not allowed to change the bottles out and they have never physically seen or opened a fresh bottle themselves. The bartenders themselves stated “they sell fake liquor” This was disturbing, and it doesn’t taste completely like the liquor it says on the bottle. Ever since I drink beer and Prosecco; bottles I can see them open. Then you read the reviews and see people saying I had one or two drinks. For some people whatever alcohol they are pouring in the branded liquor bottles cause an allergic reaction for some.
The bar staff talks shit about their guest. The way they look, dress, talk and then complain they are not being tipped.
This place used to be genuinely fun but for a year consistently now….it has gone down and they are stealing money using fake liquor, double or over charging people (speak up when it happens) and giving bad service...
