Typical undeserving black owned business. Undeserving of being in business. Undeserving of serving the community. Undeserving of having the license to operate and undeserving of receiving money from anyone for anything.
I prepaid for headphones for a silent party that was advertised on Eventbrite to take place on May 13th. I prepaid on April 30th because the ad on Eventbrite indicated the headphones would cost more at the door.
Once I arrived on Thursday, May 13th, the event appeared to be nonexistent. There weren’t any headphones and I asked one of the bottle girls if we missed the event. She informed me the event did not happen due to an issue with the promoter and everyone who prepaid for any of the advertised items would be refunded. She told me to send her a screenshot of my order and I did. Afterwards, I’ve heard nothing about a refund.
About a week later, I followed up on their Instagram page and was told they would contact the promoter. I followed up again today and was left on read. I have attempted to get my refund through Eventbrite and contact the organizer directly but Eventbrite will not issue a refund since the event was never formally cancelled by the abhorrently ghetto organizer and raggedy venue. And again, there is absolutely no communication from the promoter via Eventbrite no matter how many times I attempt to reach them.

Steer clear of these scamming, lowlife, unorganized, mentally incapable individuals and the establishment that calls itself...

The owner lied and stated that sections were first come first serve. So, why did one of the rude waitresses come up to us and tell us we had to move because the sections were reserved?! Then, the waitress offered to move us to the three seats next to the bathroom for $250, knowing we had a party of eight. The wait staff sucked, but they made sure to include 18% gratuity. That’s the only way they would’ve ever gotten a tip. They acted like the upstairs was so exclusive, but nobody was up there. When we were moved upstairs we still had shots sitting on our table, the waitress tried to act like she couldn’t bring that upstairs to our next section. The dj was hot garbage filled with maggots. I thought he was about to put on Fred Hammond next....
