Love love this spot! The universe definitely knows what I like, lol! After touring some museums downtown, my family and I wanted somewhere to have drinks. Pulled this up on Google Maps, seen the rooftop and was like yeah, this is it! Went ahead and walked over there since it was close and voila! It was an amazing space with beautiful views with even more beautiful bartenders and waitresses. That's one of my pet peeves has a chef, foodie, and food industry aficionado. There's certain spaces in the FOH that need to have beautiful views or at least great conversation when it comes to dealing with the consumer. Bartending and waitressing is one of them. I appreciate it the fact that this space understands that. The food was delicious and plated perfectly. That cajun type of ceasar chicken salad we had was freaking fire!!🔥🔥🔥 Our server Jaelynn was an absolute pleasure to talk to and she definitely does a great service to this space. She definitely is attentive and makes you want to spend more time there. I can't wait to come back! #MrJustAskJoe

Came here for the first time, will not be returning. We sat, and it took almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged. The bartender was also the server. I ordered a MDW cheeseburger... it came out medium. I literally had less than the amount of fries in a McDonald's small fry... for $23. When I made mention of the fries, I was told "The bar back said they're not sending more fries". Fine! So... I ordered a side of fries. I get a McDonald's medium fry for check this out... a whopping $13! Yep... a whole $13! This will not be a return visit. I came. I saw. I'm not interested.

It's decent, I was just there to watch a sporting event among a group. I didn't order anything to eat myself, but was told that the food prices are on the exorbitant side. The table service was between average & good for among the group and it being busy. It was cool that there are plenty of large screen TV's viewable to accommodate. There was condensation on the ceiling that dripped on me a couple times; while sitting at a table, and while I was standing right before I left.

HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. Rude management, no customer service skills, unwelcoming, and overcharged us. Vibe and drinks are not even good, so no redeeming qualities.

We came on a Saturday mid-afternoon on a day that happened to be their launch party. Zero people in the place when we arrived and the host to us "to sit anywhere" so we sat at a booth. Waited for forever to be approached by anyone. Then the owner came over and rudely told us we couldn't sit there bc we were only 3 people. Again - place was 100% empty. It seemed so unreasonable to make us move and it could've been handled so much more skillfully. Whole encounter made us feel super unwelcome even though they didn't make us move in the end.

Then we ordered 3 cocktails that were supposed to be $5 each on the drink specials list. We had to go to the bar to pay our bill and they charged us over $75 total. So then we have to flag down the manager to right the charge. The first time, he only gave us credit back for 2 of the drinks. Apparently, they rang up one of the drinks wrong (ordered the whisky sour special, rang up and brought an old fashioned) so my friend didn't even get the drink she ordered. So then the manager had to go back to credit the last drink.

Overall, a total waste of time. Definitely ruined our Saturday vibe. I live in the area so wanted to try a new place in my neighborhood, but after being treated like that I will never return or recommend it to anyone else. Out of all the places you could go in DC, why should anyone...

The views and atmosphere in this place are AMAZING! I order the barbacoa tacos as an appetizer and waited 30 minutes before they came out. When they came out, they were room temperature, but I let it go because I was hungry. Lol My waiter was a small frame woman with long ginger/orange hair who did absolutely horrible with assisting me. Every single time I ordered or needed something I had to waive my hand in the air or go through another young lady with glasses (she was very nice). My waitress was seen running her mouth behind the bar ALOT talking to other waiters/bartenders who were visibly busy every single time I looked up to get her attention. She was also on her phone a lot behind the bar and neglected that she had customers. I didn’t feel like going through her again to order food so I got take out. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the meat tastes very funny. I mean very funny, it was slimy and very chewy (pass on the chicken sandwich) however, I am open to returning and being helped by a different waiter/waitress and choosing a different...

On a good note, as they weren't crowded at all, (there were only 3 to 4 people there when we arrived & no one else came in while we were there), we were able to get a table with a view. But, the service was unnecessarily slow, especially because, as I said, no one was there, so the staff was just standing around most of the time & one even sat down at a table for a few minutes while we waited for the server to come back & get our drink order although she did greet us promptly with water.

I can't even remember the name of the cocktail I ordered as it wasn't very good.

The menu was limited, so we only had nacho chips with guacamole as we couldn't find an entree we both liked to share, except for the $55 steak, which we thought was rather pricey & not ideal for sharing.

The rooftop lounge across the street looked more upscale, so we left & went there.

We were here for an hour & a half from start to finish even though we decided to go to the place across the street before our guacamole came & our bill was over $40. for my cocktail, an...
