Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

What an utter joke. I sat and watched 3 grown adults literally take 15+ minutes to make a basic pepperoni pizza: putting on and taking off pepperonis MULTIPLE TIMES. And then one of the employees coyly grinning (as if to take joy in) at justifiably irate customers.

I watched 2 pick up orders go out in the 25 mins I waited for a single pepperoni pizza and salad, both were incorrect and they offered to remake them but not discount the price (and the new order would have been a min of 30 min wait behind the others). There was absolutely zero reason for the unnecessary delay offered by these workers (it wasnt swamped, there were 3 adults working, etc) other than complete and total incompetence.

The management should be aware and ashamed that they have people wasting their workforce dollars and eventually to be the demise of...

Ok so after a long day at school we drove here and asked this guy for a large Canadian bacon pineapple, but half without Canadian bacon and with x-tra pinapple. then once he understood what we meant he charged us extra! then once we convinced him we were just replacing a topping with a different LESS EXPENSIVE topping, he then charged us the right amout and then says "ill let it slide this time" and then muttered MY MANAGER IS NOT GONNA BE HAPPY ABOUT THIS... I was done...

We have had pizza from this location virtually weekly for several years and just had the worst Murphys Combo in all that time. The staff was new and unfamiliar to us and the crust even with extended time would not get crispy or even done. Couldn't cut without ruining the pieces . Not all ingredients were present like the black olive. Will try once more and if not back to normal will...
