This little bar shouldn’t be overlooked. It’s small but down-to-earth, attracting primarily patrons in their late 40s to late 60s, though there are a few younger people that balance out the atmosphere. Overall, it provided a great experience. The waitresses were sweet, attentive, and offered fast, courteous service. The food was generally good; the fish was fresh, and the fries were also fresh, although the potato fries were a little cold. I'm not sure what happened there, but they were still okay. The Mac and Jack I had was delicious, and my fiancé ordered the Kona Longboard. Two Macs cost $14, and a Kona Longboard $7 not too bad considering it's one of Bow’s local bars. As for the atmosphere, I would rate it a five out of five. The food I’d give a four out of five, but I haven’t tried everything on their menu yet. The prices are fair considering the location. I loved the interior with its dark decor and walls adorned with interesting pictures and reading material. One suggestion I'd offer is to add a pool table somewhere, perhaps in the corner by the back door, which would be fun for the younger crowd. Overall, I would visit again. I love the quaint saloon look, and feel was a vibe for me.

Updated “again” 11/02/22: Tamra is the quintessential host! Just a great time and a superb lunch to boot! The Bow Burger once again & the French Dip, simply sublime! Another stellar performance by all, thank you so much!! UPDATED 4/11/2022 - Check out the burger pics! The BOW BURGER was incredible. It could be the BEST burger I have ever eaten, a close second would be the Rue 57 burger in NYC. Simply amazing, fresh, extremely well cooked, presentation the whole 9 yards! (Previously) The Old Edison in Edison, WA., our new find and it's makes our TOP 5 List for the best bars in the PNW! It's just a quick run-down the Chuckanut from where we live in Fairhaven or an even quicker run down the I-5, either way, it's worth the trek! Hot wings and lightly fried pickles makes for a perfect mid-afternoon snack / early dinner! Add in Corvidea Mirth Chardonnay by the glass and you have the perfect pairings. Live music on weekends will only add to the enjoyment we are certain. We are already looking to return. John is the ultimate host and Elisa is a lovely bartender that knows how to take care of her clientele. Thank you all for a wonderful afternoon!

The Edison is a cool spot to come have a couple drinks, hang out, and have a good meal. I walked in to find a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There’s also a large outdoor patio seating area with shade. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. There’s a great beer selection and the food is good. We started with the house made potato chips & the ale battered fried shrimp. Both starters were delicious, and both dipping sauces were out of this world amazing. I ordered a cheese burger & fries while my husband ordered one the daily chef specials - duck breast salad. The burger was cooked perfectly, the beer batter fries were delicious and the perfect amount. My husband enjoyed the duck breast salad. The duck was perfectly cooked and presented on top of a crisp fresh salad - hats off to the chef for this creation. We will definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

Stopped in last evening to have some good food and good atmosphere. I must say.... the place was rocking when we came in. The band had just started and the place was packed. We found a seat outside with one of the cooks who had just came off shift. Nice guy! He warned us that they were short staffed and obviously busy. We told him that was ok we were willing to wait. We were able to flag a waitress down and she said she'd be right back to bring us menus. About 20 minutes later. She stopped back by and said she'd get those menus right away. She never showed up. In the meantime... we had watched her and another waitress spend at least 20 minutes visiting with a couple that had a dog... they had finished eating and looked to be ready to leave. We had been there about 40 minutes. I went in and commandeered a couple menus from folks inside that had finished eating. When I came back out... the waitress was again at the table with the dog. So I stood in the door to get her attention as she came through. About 7 or 8 minutes later she started to come in... I started to ask her if we could place an order.... she just put her hands up and said she was handling something. Well... 2 minutes later she came out with a key to the gate so the dog could be let out to use the restroom without going through the bar. Of course she never came back to the table. There is never an excuse for rude behavior in a restaurant staff. The girls working were inattentive and not very good at what they were doing. If your looking for atmosphere and don't care about service this is the place for you. However, sadly... I can't recommend this...

We went there around 2:00 pm on Father's Day 2019. We went to outside seating area. Sat at the little bar on the patio. One server appeared to be covering the outdoor seating. At this time the restaurant was not busy, there were a few tables inside and a few outside. We sat there for 10 or 15 minutes waiting for someone to at least acknowledge the fact that we were even there, at this point the waitress had walked by us numerous times. A table came to the outside seating area and the waitress walked over and spoke to them. By now, as you can imagine we were upset, and my son in a loud voice asked if she(the waitress) was just going to walk by us again. She made some excuse about thinking the other waitress was taking care of us, when it was completely apparent no one had taken care of us. This complaint is coming from 2 former restaurant workers and my son who is a current restaurant worker, so we understand the business. What really upset us was the fact that the waitress covering the outside dining area never once said hi, or I'll be with you soon, or that another waitress would be right out. Needless to say we left and will never be back, nor will we ever recommend this establishment.

Upset and extremely...
