Tony's Place — Restaurant in Washington

This was my favorite breakfast place however this morning i picked up my order and a sandwich was missing from my order. I turned around to explain. When I ordered my food on the phone he confirmed that it was 2 sandwiches by saying is this for BOTH SANDWICHES i said yes . Then when he rang up my order charge me the regular price for 2 meals and 2 sandwiches. While driving I opened my bag and it was only one sandwich. I turned around and called. He answered the phone and said hi can you please hold PLEASE HOLD! Just like that . I stayed on hold until I walked in the store neither one of the men taking orders was helping anyone or on the other line but my call was still on hold . I explained that my sandwich was missing he says oh yea i only charge you for one . I explain you charge me correct for what i order. So he comes up with this fake prices of the food I ordered (i get the same thing) he says the price changed . But even then when i added my total from the menu it still come out too a second sandwich he made me pay for a second sandwich then began joking in spanish im afro latinx smh i took my second sandwich because I couldn't just go home with everyones food and not my son's. I dont see myself going back and i been going since early 2000s . So tonys is canceled for a $3 sandwich. Mid-Atlantic is more expensive but oh well ill be going to mid Atlantic...

I’ve been to this location twice I usually go to the location on Hst. First thing beings though it is still COVID-19 you have to social distance etc I try to call over the phone . When I called on the phone they lady that always answer tells me to hold on . I’ve been on hold of quite a bit so I hang up and come into the store . It’s no customers , the employees are laughing, talking etc which confuses me because I’ve called and I’ve been on hold . But the first time I came to this location the lady that takes my order is really rude . I only came back to give her the benefit of the doubt to see if maybe it was just that day but she is rude all the time . Today I came and I ordered my food at 9am and didn’t receive it until 10:20am . I wanted to request my money back because it was taking sooooo long and other who came in way after me ordered and received their food . But it says no refund on the window . I don’t think that’s fair . They took way to long to make a Sausage egg and cheese sandwich , then when I received my order it was all wrong . I rather go alll the way to Hst where everyone is very respectful and listens !!! Oh and answers the phone. KENNDY STREET STAFF needs...

I went in this morning because my coworker said they have "good' food and prices. Unfortunately, for me, I did not experience that. I ordered chicken and waffles with a side of home fries, but everything was horrible, no seasoning on the home fries, the chicken had a weird, old greasy taste, and the waffle was dry. Now I'm pretty upset because I went all the way up there and paid $13 for some garbage. IDK, maybe chicken and waffles or home fries isn't their specialty but I was expecting something delicious because it was smelling so good in there while I waited for my food, so I was certain I was going to be in for a treat. Man!!! I wish I would have read a few of the reviews before I went because this food was a big disappointment.
