A man, or woman im not sure, was super rude when i was ordering. Gave me a lot of attitude, and assumed i couldnt pay because of my Hispanic feautures and my tan brown skin. Then my family and i were using the bathroom. I got out and she began yelling, claiming we were using her/his bathroom. We quickly apologized and let her/him know we asked to use the bathroom and saw the door was open and began using it. She/he slammed the door and said we werent allowed, it was her bathroom that she spent 30k to fix it and we would just ruin it. We apologized countless times, and she/he kept yelling at us telling us we still had no right to touch HER/HIS bathroom, they made it very clear it was theirs, and then continued to say how the public bathroom was already ruined. Basically insinuating it was us, mind you we didnt touch that bathroom. My mom tried to explain how we didnt know it was the employee bathroom since it didnt have a sign, but she ignored her and continued yelling at us to not touch it. You say that they can't find it anyway or they don't want to understand it, they say there is no such order. Read moreI went with 2 orders but my friend didn’t have enough so I combined our orders which came up to $50+. Not only is it super hard to grab something quick in this area after 11pm but having to deal with unprofessional employees is unacceptable. If you are working the late night shift, you should be prepared to cook, change, correct, prepare whatever you’re able to on your shift. Don’t tell me I’m making your job harder, all I did was order. You applied for them at shift I didn’t ask you to fill it.
Not only that but they forgot my 4 pc nugget and tried to make me seem like I was tripping over a 4pc. I want all $50+ of my food. When I asked for a recipe he told me the system was down, tried to set me up by saying I ordered a 10 pc. No I’m not a liar, and I play fair, I want what I paid for.
