Zeke’s Coffee of DC - Uptown — Restaurant in Washington

I am so glad to have this coffee shop in 16th St. Heights, and the coffee and service are great. However, it could be majorly improved by adding more seating. It looks like it was designed so people will not stay there. The whole front part of the store has only 2 seats, with no table between them, even though there is plenty of space where they could add more tables. The back has maybe 15 seats which are all either at a bar or along a series of small tables against the other wall. There are a few larger outdoor tables, but I haven't seen any umbrellas out there. Please add some more seating so this place feels...

My experience today was by far the worst experience ever. This was my FIRST and LAST time patronizing this coffee shop. I was not greeted or helped by any of the staff members. My order was placed online and I used a gift card for the purchase. I ended up locating my order by name and grabbing my order. Also, my order for my pastry was wrong. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I called back to speak with a manager and no manager was on site. Also, I will inform my coworkers that patronize this business of the poor...

If you're looking for a relaxing coffee break, Zeke's is a good spot, The vibe here is good; the interior has a calm, chill ambiance, and it's great to have the nice outdoor patio when the weather is good. Beyond the comfortable setting, their coffee and tea selection is decent, and I highly recommend trying any of their freshly baked goods. The whole experience is elevated by the friendly and professional staff who keep the mood light...
