Gave this place another chance after they sold me an old hot dog and watery cheese fries a few months back and I surely will never be back ordered online then when I arrived to pick up saw that prices were different and my sandwich didn't include fries but was advertised right at the register for same price with fries I asked if I could get the combo that's advertised since that is not what's offered on the site even showed the guy the combos offered on the site that didn't include the subs and he tried to charge an extra 4 bucks when I paid the same price already for just the sandwich then when I asked him to explain whats the big deal of changing the order seeing its the exact same price he said oh its only in store but the sign doesn't state that so obviously false advertising and just making up stuff since he didn't want to honor what's advertised right at the register but the kicker is that my sandwich didnt have all the toppings i requested and some of the lettuce looks old and unfresh this place is shameful won't give anymore chances here so...

One of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve had in a while. I like my cheesesteaks with mushrooms, onions and peppers and it’s hard the get just that combo anywhere and have it done it right way. Philly grill hit the mark with this sandwich and I appreciate the option of choosing what I want in my sandwich without an up-charge. I just wish there was more cheese. The meat was well seasoned and I am truly happy I got the combo because the fries were finger licking!!!! My first time having seasoned crinkle cut fries. I ordered for pick up which was ready before the proposed time. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and attentive.

A welcome addition to the East side of Waterbury! If you're looking for something quick, tasty and affordable this is the place for you. Philly Grill is a newly opened small business, and I live right up the street so I had to give it a try. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly and the prices are reasonable. The food itself is great for the price, and there is nothing comparable in the area. If you're hesitant to try this place because they just opened, DONT BE!
