We have been long time subscribers of Seven Angels and although we enjoy most of the shows, George and Gracie, The Early Years, is a wonderful show. Brought back a lot of memories of the 50s TV shows. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Semina DeLaurentis wrote the script as well as played Gracie and did a fantastic job. All the actors were familiar faces and names from past shows and R. Bruce Connelly who played George is always great and a fan favorite. I recognized Julia Kiley's name from other performances around CT who served as director.
So if you haven't seen the show, I hope you make it a point to catch it before March 5th. And we hope other theaters perform this entertaining show by Semina.
A delightful way to spend an afternoon and now when we go to a show, we make it a point to have dinner at Quench Cafe who offers a free glass of wine if you show your...
Read moreBest Theater. Funny as heck. Great appetizers and good drinks. People are wonderful. I have gone several times and will go back again. It's a homey theater. Just the right size with the perfect atmosphere. I have never left unhappy. Great community of people. They support many schools and communities in the arts. They love kids and have many programs for them to participate in. Family oriented. Values are great. Shows are by many local actors and some semi-famous ones too. Menopause was great for women. Nunsense was a good humor, non-offensive play about nuns and Christians. So much more. Give it a try. You will leave...
Read moreLovely little intimate theater. We saw the wedding binder. It was very funny. Lobby is very nice with a bar and seating. We were there on pizza night for a free slice. Parking across the street was very close. The only complaint is they are trying to get a younger clientele (we were told) and if you were 40 and under your ticket was $10 less. So the group of us 55 and over ladies were charged more. We had a big group but most dropped out offended by the discrimination of seniors. Only 4 attended. The theater was empty I felt bad for the actors. I hope they don’t do that again. If so I...
