Very clean and organized space with an incredibly knowledgeable staff. I had issues regarding my drivers and bios which caused connectivity issues between different USB devices of mine but after leaving my pc with them they not only solved that but went out of the way to clean up my startup process and remove any bloat programs, then gave me a lot of advice on how to upgrade specs moving forward. I haven't had issues since and they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They also can match and advise you on your own builds if you're interested and I find that awesome....

After coming home from vacation and finding our company computer hardrive blown out, I went into complete panic mode and these guys at CTek calmed me down and told me it was gonna be fine! 5 hours later they restored my data, got the system running better that it ever did,assisted and communicated throughout the whole process. Absolutely amazing people to work with. Cannot recommend them...
