La Marsa is a Mediterranean restaurant located in Waterford, Michigan. The restaurant is known for its fresh, authentic dishes, friendly service, and affordable prices.
The menu at La Marsa features a wide variety of Mediterranean favorites, including hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel, shawarma, kebabs, and more. The dishes are all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are truly authentic.
I had the opportunity to try the hummus, baba ghanoush, and falafel at La Marsa, and I was very impressed. The hummus was creamy and flavorful, the baba ghanoush was smoky and delicious, and the falafel were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
I also tried the chicken shawarma platter, and it was also very good. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the shawarma sauce was just the right amount of spicy.
The service at La Marsa was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu.
Overall, I had a great experience at La Marsa. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Mediterranean meal in Waterford.

Read moreToday on our way back from Canada we decided to stop at La Marsa Waterford. My Kids ordered sandwiches, the wife and I ordered the Combo platter for two, we were told it comes with 4 sides. So we ordered two Fattoush, Rice and Homus. And we substitute one kafta with 1 kabob, The Waitress said we will be charged $1.00 extra for the Homus and that was OK. I got the bill and there was additional charges for 3 sides $1.0 each and plus $3.50 for Open food, I asked the waitress what is the open food she replied for substituting the Kafta (I wonder if I substitute the Kabob for a Kafta will they deduct -$3.50 from my bill, of course not). Beside the Lamb Kabob had very strong aftertaste and it shouldn’t if it is done right. I just did not appreciate the additional $6.50 charges for the $31.00 plate without letting us know ahead when we ordered. I still tipped the waitress over $8.00 because it was not her fault and she was very polite. But t I think the owner/Manager don’t have to be so greedy, it does not pay back in the long run. We go to La Marsa in Brighton all the times and we never had any issue like this, and the Kabob does not have the fatty aftertaste like this one (I couldn’t wait till I got home and...
Read moreordered through Uber eats didn't not provide utensils as requested. food is great but village salad sucks. the chunks of cucumber are too big and for the price you don't get much. moonlight cafe does cucumber salads correctly with there moonlight salad or Arabic salad the cucumber is cut small enough to get a collection of different veggies on your palet to taste plus the addition of cracked wheat gives the dressing something to stick too. this village salad is about the laziest salad I've tried it's mouth sized chunks of cucumber and tomatoes that's it... the dressing just flows around it. u might as well just eat cucumber and tomato .... waste of money. everything else looks and tastes great. the person that makes salads doesn't understand how flavors and textures work. the smaller the pieces the more flavors can combine the more textures can be experienced there are a few onions in here as well but still for 12 bucks I received less than a 5th of an o ion half maybe a whole cucumber depending on size and a large tomatoe all of which seems to be cut hap hazardly and to big but with the addition of feta and shawarma it's still delicious. it could have been so much better withvprooer preparation...
