My experience today was not good I had to go and order on the kiosk which I’ve never done so I was a little troubled with that, I’m 65, I’m use to going to the register and I got no assistance. Once I was done with the order I then was asked for a table number, so I had to walk to the playground area to get a table number and when I entered that in, they said they had no such tables numbers it only goes to 120 which they do, so I just put a that number in 120 and they gave me an order number of 811 but I was confused because I got no receipt or anything so when I went up to the register, I was explaining to her her everything she said don’t worry I’ve got it. I said OK. then she came and gave us our food and my granddaughter went to grab the Michigan mix icee drink and it spilled all over the floor and I expected them to help me clean it up and they did no such thing and I asked for another one and they said they don’t give refills And I explain to her that I wasn’t asking for a refill. There had been an accident and the drink was wasted before she was even able to take a drink.It wasn’t like my granddaughter did it on purpose? I paid for a drink and I wanted her to enjoy it, she said still not my problem I’m not the one that spilled it she eventually gave me a drink for my granddaughter without a straw and she was far from being happy to assist me with that and it was what I had to go through to get it and I just felt it was unnecessary on her part and she was the one that was running the register today 5-8-2024 at 4 o’clock so I’m just not happy at all with the way we were treat and spoken too I bring my granddaughters there every time I pick them up from school which is at least once a week so we’re frequent Customers it was just unnecessary on her part to give me that kind of attitude and I’ve been there before and she’s never been rude like that. I don’t know if she was having a bad day. I don’t really care at this point. the point is she’s there to give Service and I felt disrespected as customer. Read moreI really want to give. 5 stars on every because I feel great and I know we are all out here trying and doing our best . We appreciate the inside play house this was the main attraction and the ice cream was great.🍨 I took the kids for a play date . They wanted mixed mcflurries. We had to practically beg for napkins . It gave racist vibes. The entire environment/ energy gave racist vibes. The drive thru was light and the inside was hella light. It was very quiet. My 2 kids one is black and one is white .
I am black. My money is green and we only wanted ice cream I don't feed my children McDonald's at all. We buy the toys . It's like they wanted us to feel uncomfortable. We felt great and we still feel great . I just drove somewhere else and got a banana split. We love all people even the deaf community. I haven't been working on my Asl lately so I do apologize if the entire staff is hard of hearing. Accept one beautiful young lady that gave us great service. She also seemed uncomfortable maybe corporate needs to check on her and give her a raise.
Service was great with her very polite. I just forgot to ask for napkins before she went to the back and after that it took me almost 10 minutes to get napkins. I'm looking at these people looking at me asking for napkins and there's a stack right there. As a mother I wanted to walk back there and get them myself because where is the manager and I'm not about to have my kids entire ice cream melt because y'all on that bs. If you wanna be a gamer stay at home and live stream you'll earn more doing what you actually love. Y'all did what y'all did to us. And now im spilling the tea. #Clock dat

Read moreWent through the drive through, the line was almost all the way to the entrance. I had a medium sized order and the younger guy the took my order forgot one of my meals, it did not show all of my order on the screen. When I got to the window I checked the receipt and noticed it wasn’t on there. I brought it to the guys attention and he said to go to the next window and they can take the order there and I can pay for it. Okay no problem, I get to the second window and explained the situation and what I was told. The lady told me I couldn’t do that so I asked to speak to the manager. Explained again what happened and what I was told, she told me I had to either go around and wait in the line again or go inside and order even tho the young man at the first window told me to go to the second window and order. I explained to the manager (she was Hispanic) again that I was told to do this and that I had a young toddler and I am missing her food, I was more than willing and tried to pay for it but she refused and told me “well you should have read the screen.” I explained that not everything was showing and as soon as I noticed on the receipt it was missing I brought it to his attention. Was told “that’s not my problem, you can go around again or come in”. This is not the first time we have had problems with this location. Staff is often rude and I am constantly having stuff made wrong or stuff missing. Will definitely be driving out of my way from now on to go to a different location. I would not recommend this...
