Sheila's Bakery Waterford — Restaurant in Waterford Township

Extremely disappointing to say the least. If you've ever been to their other location, you won't want to waste your time at this one. No tacos, no burritos, the only meat they.serve is ground beef but yet they charge the same price if not more than the other location that actually offers options for meat (steak, chicken, carnitas, pastor)!! Then ground beef was barely seasoned. It was so expensive for such a let down and we absolutely love the one in Pontiac. Maybe because they're just opening? But the prices just DO NOT add up to the quality of product like really? $13 for a walking taco out of the bag?? ☠️ you're better off heading down to one of the taco trucks that sell them for $3.50. Incredible customer service and excellent food! I’ve been coming to the Waterford location since it has opened and I've NEVER been disappointed. I’ve ordered a couple cakes for special events, tried almost all of the baked goods, and tried several dishes on the food menu. I have even come in to buy some dried chilies, which they didn’t have pre-packaged for sale- however after asking the staff if they carried the chilies I was looking for, they went to the kitchen and packed me a ziplock bag of the ones I was looking for. Not a bakery you want to visit. They have the most expensive sweet bread you will ever buy. The bread isn't baked on site. It is baked at their main location then sent over. On more than one occasion the bread has had a soap taste which tells me their equipment isn't washed properly. To top it off the bread isn't fresh. It's almost as if they will not throw old bread away. They will sell every last piece. Pay attention if you decide to go here.
