Kat's Coffee House — Restaurant in Waterford

Excellent coffee and service from the owner, also I’m pretty sure this is the only actual honest to god coffee shop in Waterford? I spoke to the owner briefly and they were very kind and listened to me yap and even asked questions. I worked at a coffee shop myself for two years and it is true that becoming a regular at a real sit down coffee shop will change your perspective on the morning and brighten your day. Kat's Coffee House opened for the first time yesterday. I am so happy that I had Heather's house specialty, "The Kat." I ordered it iced and it was perfectly delicious on a warm afternoon. My daughter ordered an iced Chai Tea Latte and she loved hers, also. The feeling of this coffee shop is what I would call warm, cozy, and welcoming.
