I placed a To-Go order and drove home ( 30 minutes away) to unfortunately find that I didn’t receive the ranch for my wings and proved bites. I also paid for extra ranch and didn’t get those either. I called the store and told them I was missing the ranch dressing for my food. My order totaled more than $70 before tip and all they would do was refund me for the 5 missing ranch dressings. So $35 worth of food with no sauce that was supposed to come with it. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But when I went back the next day to the store and the owner, Theresa Imo, wouldn’t even come out to the counter to discuss the issue with me I was very disappointed. Talk to your customers. Read moreI am updating this Review. My previous review was one star on each one after having the same sandwich completely butchered twice in one week and no, I did not ask for a refund either time. But today I decided I really wanted the sandwich. It was not something that was paid for so I appreciate that 100% I don't know who it was at the window. He was kind respectful and whoever made the food obviously time and was also thoughtful about it so I am updating this review because I am pleasantly surprised with, how the service was today and unless something happens will stay the...
Read moreBig shout out to Imo's pizza in Waterloo for "catering" my buddies wedding.
The pizza (ordered over a week in advance) was late. Then the delivery driver held it hostage in the vehicle demanding an additional $100 gratuity before they would unload it. The groom who was handling things was busy so the bride and some friends had to scramble to come up with the cash. But once it was paid they literally said well there it is, unload it. So the bride and a few others had to unload and carry it in themselves. By the time they had finished the groom had returned, and had an envelope with $250 in it for a tip. But after that, well, way to loose an extra $150 on your tip. Pretty...
