The worst service imaginable. I ordered my pizza at 6:50pm. When it was 8pm and it hadn't arrived I called to get an update. The woman apologized and said she would have it out to me shortly and it would be free. I agreed and waited. 9:20 pm rolls around and my food had still not arrived. So I calmly called back and asked for another update. I gave the gentleman who answered my name and said I'd been waiting 2 hours, I just would like to know how much longer. He immediately went into defense mode and got snooty with me. "Yeah, well I'm short staffed, have 2 drivers as the thirds was in a accident due to the icy roads and we have been slammed all day. Your order will go out with the next available driver." Then the call ended before I could finish saying thank you.
I will never order from this place again if that's how they treat their customers. I never raised my voice to him or blamed him in anyway. I simply asked for a delivery update. And he completed went off on me for no reason.
I have worked customer service, and even at a Pizza Hut in the past and this is not how you treat people who spend their hard earned money on your product. I will be going back to Dominos and giving them my money because they at least respect me.
Update: Pizza arrived cold and stale. It had to have been sitting out for those 2 hours on a counter or under a warmer. Not fresh at all. All I can say is if my money is not refunded I'm am going to be very upset and will call until they give it back. Such a waste of time and money - went ahead and ordered Domino's so I could have food at work...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped for carry out before our volleyball game. I asked the cashier for specials and she said they had a big box or some new edge pizza. It didn’t match what we wanted so I proceeded to order a large one topping and a medium two topping. The total came to nearly $30. I was shocked but the price is the price so we payed via card. I went out to my truck to wait and pulled up the specials online where I found large 3 tops were $10. I go in to get a price adjustment and the lady is like nothing I can do.
So I tell her to cancel the order and rerun it. She goes in the back and says ‘send me home’. She returns with the manager who says I’ll get $2 back. Well that don’t make sense. So I say is it cheaper to get a large on special than a medium? She says yes. Well then GIVE ME THAT. The cashier is obviously annoyed so I try to apologize. ‘I’m sorry this is so much trouble but I did ask for the specials’.
This lady looks up in my eyes and said I gave you the specials I’m supposed to. So either management told her to only offer some specials or she’s a liar. The terrible customer service was comparable to none. Plus the sauce...
Read moreWell we will be sticking with dominos from here out. Last time we ordered, the pizza was way under cooked and the wings were barely sauced. All the sauce at the bottom of the container. At least they put enough so I could mix it. Then today we order cuz we wanted their boneless wings and their stuffed crust pizza. They took longer then they said it would to make it but to top it off the pizza was over done. I didnt mind it to much but the pizza was for the family and they weren't to impressed. Oh and the wings.... that was a joke. 8 piece of wings and they give 2 huge pieces and then 6 super tiny pieces.... I mean like tiny. And to top it off there was barley any sauce at all. Not even enough to get it all on them... I gave them 2 shots and we are done. Dominos is usually way faster for 1 and always on the mark for us! Thanks...
