Subway — Restaurant in Waterloo

Today me and my wife picked up an order from here and it was a decent sized order so we needed a lot of napkins. Instead of pulling them out one by one we simply grabbed a stack but we were abruptly stopped by a woman who claimed to be the "owner" and she proceeded to scream at us like we were children. I've never met a more ill-mannered owner/manager/employee in my entire life. Regardless of what their policy was on taking napkins, there are certain ways to come across professionally and we were met with extreme hostility. She stated the we "will never take napkins like that again" and went on a tangent yelling about how wrong we were. I will never come back to this Subway. I came here with my wife 01/13/25 and parked in the pickup spot, there is no cars in the parking lot. Came inside and got told I need to move my car by the workers, I said fine I will. I came back inside and am waiting on waiting to make my order. The people making an order said oh we stared another order. As far as I recall people that are in the store are more important and they should be served first. If you order online you should have an eta on when you want it done. I pull up for Doordarsh a little but down from the door in front mind you no body us even there not 1 vehicle or person around I go in and rhe girl is standing there shacking her head rudely and says you can't park there I said I'm gonna be here for one second I ha e a door dash she is continuing to shock her head no she just straight up had a problem with me not sure if it was cause I was white but it felt very personal if I must say she was very rude I ended up just unassigned the dash cause I wasn't about to let this little girl tell me where I was gonna park.
