Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Waterloo

The last time I was in Waterloo, I had the pleasure of visiting Scooter's Coffee and it was an good experience. I'm a major coffee lover, so finding the perfect cup is tough. As I pulled into the drive-thru, I was excited at how quickly the line moved. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring I received my order accurately and swiftly. Not to mention, the prices were reasonable, making it a no-brainer to return for future visits.

One unique thing I noticed about Scooter's was the consistent offering of coupons in the newspaper. These generous discounts make it easier to try a new place so if you're on the fence - check the paper!

I do not like how they have people standing outside with tablets now. Just went through and decided to go to Cabin Coffee instead. I am Autistic and the employees just kept asking us questions while I already had what I wanted in mind, they literally stared us down when we asked them to back off for a minute and both proceeded to stand in front of the driver side door while we looked at menu so we left. Scooters was my favorite place but I'm not going somewhere that practically harasses you when you just wanted to order breakfast. Never again am I going here. Definitely very upsetting that they act like Chic Fil A now with the dumb...

Kimball/Ridgeway location...attitude is TERRIBLE. Last time I was there, they forgot about my order and I was standing there for literally 8 min waiting for my one coffee order. Today, lady behind me got her order before me. When I asked about it, one of the employees answered with a terrible attitude, "Yes, it's coming". You're not going to make it when your competitor opens, with service like this!! And it was filthy behind that counter. Yuck...I've worked in food service...I know tou can DO BETTER.
