Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Watertown

!!!!WARNING!!!! On Sunday 6/4/23 at 2:30 in the afternoon I got a chicken burrito from Chipotle in Watertown. 3 hours after eating, I began rapidly feeling very unwell with intense stomach pains, vomiting, high fever, diarrhea and confusion. The fever and vomiting became so intense and severe I was on the brink of going to the ER. I reported this through Uber eats to chipotle as a food safety issue as it was clear this was due to the food I ate. They assured me they would alert the restaurant. Well, 2 days went by, and I never heard anything from anyone so I contacted chipotle directly because I wanted to know what has been done to rectify this hazardous health issue at the restaurant to prevent others from getting what I contracted. I got a phone call from chipotle later that night, and called them back 3 minutes after they left me a message. No response, and I left a message. No response, so I sent an email back to their incident team. It has now been 4 full days since this incident and I have not heard a single thing from anyone at chipotle. To say I’m appalled that this matter was and is not being treated as incredibly urgent and high priority is an understatement. I can’t help but wonder if Chipotle even cares if anyone else gets this food borne illness from eating there, based on the lack of follow up I have received. As I write this on 6/8/23, I can assure you that the kitchen is likely still contaminated since they clearly have not done anything to address this. I consulted with two medical professionals and both stated that based on what I ate, the timeline, and symptoms, it is highly likely I contracted E Coli. If someone elderly, immunocompromised, or a child got this, it could hospitalize them or worse.

I have submitted a claim. I have called back the phone number that was left in the voicemail i received, I have written emails. I have tried calling to speak with the store directly. But no one has responded. I am utterly disgusted that a company would blatantly disregard such a serious health allegation. Please, please heed this warning. Do NOT eat here! They do not properly follow food safety regulations, and they frankly do not care if one of their customers contracts E Coli eating food from their store. This has been made very clear. Just a week ago I went to Arsenal Yards and I was feeling downright famished. I saw chipotle and I thought, "Wow, what a desirable nutrition establishment!" I walked indoors and immediately knew something was off here, The floors creaked, the faucets leaked, and boy I was 'boutta tweak. But I remained determined to quench my hunger for mexican-esque cuisine. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, the guacy wacey, and sour cream. When I took a bite, the chicken tasted absolutely malevolent. I immediately grabbed my sprite but there was no bottle opener and I slammed my bottle against the table. The top shattered to pieces as the Sprite washed the abhorrent flavor off my palette. I went to the bathroom to catch my breath but I instantaneously saw the most horrifying scene to ever be conceived. There was a mix of blood, feces, and semen in the toilet. My heart froze for a moment while I developed Implosive Diarrhea, Severe Testicular Decay, Eyelash Cancer, and terminal PTSD. I ran out and went into a state of lucidity while I ordered another burrito bowl with steak rather than chicken. That one tasted alright but I still had trauma from my previous bowl. I walked back home at 11:24 PM and slipped into a mental-trauma induced coma for 3 days and had water poured down my throat by my mother every 6 hours.

Overall it was a very "Unsigma" establishment, as the youngsters say, and I would recommend "Malevolent Kitchen's Fiesta Buffet" over this every day. 0/10 would recommend to Satan to torture the...

This is the worst chipotle location I ever been visit HONESTLY. I am vegetarian and I don’t have other nice option around that’s why I have to come here some times else I preferred to go “HALAL GUYS @ Cambridge. No Schedule This employees working right now runs the business like no comments honestly Random time open & close Random time they take order in restaurant, some times they refuse to take order and ask you to place order online which never makes any sense @ all Quantity I am vegetarian I don’t eat any non vegetarian stuff @ all if I asked 2 scoop of rice they behave like they are bringing rice from their home. Smile or greet Don’t expect any one in the store gonna say hi hello to you or smile They behaves and looks @ customers like we are there to rob them. Online order Ohh my god it’s total random, employees have no idea how to and to whom we should give us priority It’s simple who ever order first got fist right, but no these employees fly all over the kitchen with receipt and ask customers what’s your name and they make order for them first regardless of someone who order first.
