I went to the Grand Opening and I was pleased. I thought it was on par with service, environment, and quality as other Pokeworks locations that I've been to. I thought they did a good job handling orders and still managed to be organized and efficient. The manager (I believe? by the door) was welcoming and staff was nice and patient.
They also had Spam Musubi which I have been wanting to try. I had to take my order to go so I could make it work. Rice was still warm when I got home and fish was soft and melted in my mouth.
Excited to return. Happy to have this location! It's been tricky trying to go to Harvard or Longwood because of proximity and ease of commute. I've been waiting for this location to open for 3 years since they announced it's initial open of...

I paid over $20 for a “large” bowl and walked away with something that barely qualifies as a snack. I honestly should’ve walked out when I saw how tiny the bowl was and how stingy they were being with the ingredients, but I was too polite, and now I regret it.
There’s nothing worse than spending that much on food and leaving still hungry and pissed off. If you enjoy being ripped off and disappointed, this is the place for you. Otherwise? Save yourself the frustration and go...
