Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Watertown

I order delivery occasionally and they are always very fast and my experience is usually good. Last week, I received a Coupon for a free pasta bowl and I was excited because that's what I usually order. I used it today because my son and I were hungry and I am low on money ATM. I ordered pickup and went in to get it along with the soda I ordered with it. I was told by an older man,which I assume was the manager, that I was supposed to order $10 worth of food in addition to my bread bowl pasta. I did not know that and assumed it wouldn't have let me order it online if that was the case. The man seemed angry and it made me feel uncomfortable. My pasta bread bowl was not as good as it normally is and it seems as though I could almost taste the anger in my meal. There was less pasta and other ingredients than normal and the bottom was a little burnt. Maybe the website should not allow people to order if it doesn't abide by the coupon. Ordered for contactless delivery 10/31/21 not only did the driver not knock (saw them pull off but didn’t hear anyone knock), but there’s a 17 min window between our order coming out of the oven to when it says it’s being delivered (surprise surprise the food is semi-warm when we got it), ordered normal crust but what we got passes as thin crust, and lastly there is a slice that has a HUGE bubble that takes up basically the entire slice along with a single piece of chicken on it. Normally we have good service and good food from you guys even with everything going on. I can kinda overlook the amount of time it took (wish I would have gotten a call explaining. Then I could 100% overlook it), but Even if you’re short staffed or whatever that does not excuse the poor quality of the food. Furious we had house fire ordered for third time from holiday inn here in town to feed family finally called manager on this order because pizza uncooked doughy and gross. Said she would recook and deliver pizza so now kids starving bread and sandwich cold anNot happy. 45 min still no pizza they told me they where cooking a new one cuz fist one was raw and now after house fire me and kids sit here at holiday inn with no supper. Thanks a lot dominos horrible customer service raw pizza and kids starving before bed. Why? How?d we only get the doughy pizza replaced. Stop worrying about a ten min ridiculous delivery time and COOK the pizzas!! Now 1 hour later update. Told my kids to stop eating the outside of the two slices and I’d send it back when they delivered new one and manager said that we didn’t ask for it delivered and where going to pick it up.
