Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Cashier looks like he hates his job. Sold out of everything. No breakfast items, no cold brew, no dark roast. Line was too long for what I WAS able to order. This cashier guy is moving soooo slow, physically. How does this guy still have a job here, at a fast paced coffee place?!?!? The lady working was going as fast as she could to make drinks, restock items like cups, and warm up things like croissants that the cashier let go out cold. To top it off, my WCM came out with no whip by the cashier guy. I had to go back to the lady to ask for whip once she returned from the stockroom. Yikes! It’s okay to dislike your job but that shouldn’t compromise your professionalism. I’ve never seen a ruder batch of employees. No smile, no hello, zero acknowledgement of anyone’s existence. I watched my drink being made incorrectly and instead of an apology or even looking at me when I mentioned it she just huffed, dumped the drink and started over. And made it wrong AGAIN. Oct2022: 4⭐: I would recommend visiting this location if you are shopping in the location. I was in the department store shopping and came across this location. Some of my family members decided to try the specialty drinks. I got tea, they each selected a coffee of some kind. They were happy to receive the drink and enjoyed the beverage.
