I had worked here for about 6 months. The first month was fine but the rest was absolutely terrible. Consistently we had schedule mess ups leaving no one working for the span of an hour or leaving minors by themselves which isn’t allowed. We were always over looked by upper management even when we asked for help due to not having enough employees. The management there told people applying to the kiosk that we were fully staffed even when we weren’t and would employ them to different departments. Our lead would leave us for hours on end to “check emails” or anything else under the sun and complain about working too many hours when most of those hours were spent elsewhere in the store or having conversations with other workers. This job absolutely drained every workers mental health including mine which isn’t common for me considering I love having a job and working hard. Once I did leave I heard the lead was talking to MY SIBLINGS (who go there often) how I shouldn’t have left because now they are so short staffed. My reason for leaving is all of that I had mentioned but also due to the fact that upper management was blatantly being disrespectful towards me and creating lies about me to my other workers. I have never in my life worked at a company that is ran so poorly. Also I have directly brought issues up to upper management and they completely dismissed all the concerns. They will accuse you of stealing money and taking “free drinks” just to be able to fire you because they don’t like overworked staff with no support coming back to them and complaining. Shame on Kroger and shame on Starbucks for allowing this behavior from management. I will never again support this Kroger...

She ended up charging me for a chai tea without my cold cream foam and a random cold brew (i don’t even drink coffee) and refused to admit she was at fault.
