McDonald's — Restaurant in Wauconda

I just went through the drive through and it’s pretty late so I knew it was gonna be a bit slower. I pull in and someone is in front of me and two cars are in front of them, no big deal I waited and pulled to the speaker. No one answered so I assumed they were busy so I waited probably ten minutes cuz I didn’t know what I wanted yet. The ten minutes go by and I ask “hi are you ready or do you need more time?” (Since there’s other cars in front of me” and a woman replies “I won’t be serving you leave the drive through” very stunned I asked why and she said “leave the drive through now I have other customers to attend to” very harshly. I didn’t understand why so I pulled away as she proceeded to serve every other customer. I found it extremely rude and got quite upset actually, I hadn’t said anything out of the ordinary just waiting to place an order. That was the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had and it doesn’t even make sense to me. If this is the staff they think is fit for the job they are sadly mistaken, this isn’t the first incident I’ve had with this specific employee but this was the last straw. I am stuck going to this McDonald's because it's the only 24hr one on my route in the mornings....just now I had to leave the drive through without my order because no one brought it....I could see an employee started my coffee but walked away and started refilling the empty cups and. Started cleaning up...almost 10 mins I sat there waiting...she even smiled at me....I had to leave or I'd have been late to work. So, I paid them and didn't even get my order. Also, more times than not, my order gets messed up. I ask/pay for extra sauce on something and they just don't do it, but they take the money for it! I'll ask for a latte and they make an iced coffee...and when I correct them they say I'm wrong....seriously? Or the ladies in the kitchen area look around the corner giving dirty looks when I send my order back to be fixed. I really can't stand...

They could be a little better on pricing for seniors give seniors much as they can on a break on the price of food breakfast lunch and dinner. You know seniors like to eat breakfast lunch and dinner . We like eating three times a day like anyone else. Just because we're older doesn't mean we have changed our appetite or way of eating. Good luck McDonald's on helping the seniors in their selection of deals. We hope to see the change put a better for seniors. We come there patronize you and we would order more food and do much better come more often so that would increase your sales if you give us a better deal. We love you we hope you get this message and understand the meaning of senior citizen.
