George Webb Restaurant — Restaurant in Waukesha

To say that I am disappointed is a bit of an understatement. What I expected to be a quick and simple pickup started off unpleasing the second I walked in the door. There was only one person manning the entire establishment which at my time of arrival had 5 other eat in diners of which not a single one of them had food in front of, let alone a typical glass of water. The cook greeted me promptly and asked me to wait a second before he could ring up my to go order. He started putting food on the grill and then came and rang me up. He then handed me my to go box of food without a bag and confused, i grabbed the box from him. (cutting him some slack because he is the only one there, I didnt say anything) I paid and exited the restaurant with my food. I got home about 10 minutes later, expecting my food was going to be a little cold considering it was only 27 degrees outside and lacked the extra insulation that the bag would have provided. Still, no big deal... The major issue that upset me was that as I sat down to eat my food, made the observation that my sausage scrambler appeared to be completely unseasoned. Ok...I can add my own salt and pepper...BUT THEN as i went to take a bite noticed that my scrambled eggs were still runny, cheese was BARELY melted and hashbrowns mushy...trying to eat this was comparable to that of something that was served straight from a blender. so not only is my food cold and unseasoned, ITS MUUUUSHHHH. I paid almost $16 for this meal as well as gave a $2 tip for an extremely unprofessional order handoff and food that was so mushy it might as well of...

I used to come here several times A WEEK! I love the manager that’s usually there in the day shift and food is always great. However FOUR times I got food in the evening summer got my order wrong and forgot things that were in my order and when I called she basically said there’s nothing she can do! I need to call the manager in the morning! Makes no sense! She said she would get in trouble bc she doesn’t have the authority to fix these issues and was so very rude! Forgot my soup one order forgot my toast on another got 4 boneless wings to replace the 4 bone in they ran out of that were in my order. So I got 4 tiny nugget to replace?maybe if they had given me more then 4 it would’ve been better. The last time no crackers or anything and my burger wasn’t what I ordered. I stopped coming here in the evenings and it really is disappointing bc I loved this place. The wings are really good and food is always really good typically. The chili is the only thing that could improve comparing to other GW it’s usually...

Just tried to stop in and order a bacon cheeseburger to go. Which I have ordered multiple times, the lady who was working acted annoyed when i asked to place am order and then stared at me like I was crazy when I asked for a bacon cheeseburger. She told me that's not on the menu and then whipped a menu out and pointed to the burgers and said here is the menu. I asked if I could just get a cheeseburger with bacon added and before I could get any further with the order she pointed at the menu again and said "a bacon cheeseburger isn't on there. Do you see it?" Then proceeded to tell me it would be a "premium" burger to which I responded "that is fine". She then said well you have to pick one of those and add bacon and I asked why she was being so rude and she "goes I'm not I'm just telling you like it is" I decided to go to a different location because apparently asking for a cheeseburger with bacon added is a very difficult thing for her.
