I visited the store 12/26 around noon. I am very hard of hearing so I wrote up two post-it notes with our order details and handed them to the associate explaining that I can’t hear very well. As normal - I waited for the staff to become increasing annoyed with me (this is very normal given the circumstance and I’m accustomed to it), however, much to my delight - The associate was extraordinarily kind and patient with me. This place is never open and on top of it the people that work there are sick joke. No matter how many times we try to go it's never open. I live down the street and they always have different excuses on the door. They refuse to answer the phone. There's people in the store honestly. They should just shut it down. Stopped here mid afternoon several weeks ago. Overheard employees talking about how they are frustrated with the owner because he never washes his hands! When slicing meats and after coming in from outside he doesn’t wash them, according to what was said. I was beyond horrified, and the employees also looked upset.
